Where we ship

Currently, all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available — peptide customs rules vary widely by country.

Rates

Pick your speed at checkout:

• Standard — $8.50 · tracked, 3–5 business days (free on orders $150 and over)
• Priority — $12.50 · tracked, 1–2 business days (just $5 to upgrade once Standard is free)

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1 business day of payment confirmation. We aim for same-day on orders placed before 2pm EST when fulfillment volume allows; orders placed after that, on weekends, or during high volume ship the next business day.

Carriers and tracking

We ship via USPS Priority and UPS Ground. Tracking is included on every order and emailed to you when the label is created.

Shipment protection

Every order ships with free shipment protection. This isn't a return policy — it's our guarantee that the order you placed actually arrives in the condition we shipped it. We will reship at no charge if your package is:

• Lost in transit (not delivered 14 days after ship date)
• Held at customs or marked undeliverable through no fault of yours
• Damaged on arrival — visibly broken, leaking, or tampered with
• Delivered with the wrong product or wrong quantity

Email support@helixcorebio.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and, for damage claims, photos of the package and contents. We respond to every claim within 1 business day. If we sent the wrong item, dispose of it per your lab's standard practice — please don't ship it back.

We'll refund to your original payment method only when reshipping isn't possible — for example, if the product is permanently out of stock. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval.

Storage on arrival

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for transit. For long-term storage, refrigerate at 2–8°C or freeze at −20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Discreet packaging

We ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. The shipping label lists "HelixCore Biotech" as the sender — there is no product name, sequence, or research material indication on the exterior.
